International dance festival “Dancing river” Ruse is the fourteenth edition of the event.
The organizers of the event are the Municipality of Ruse and association “Impulse”
The festival is devoted to International Ballet Day. Its purpose is to promote the art of dance and ballet among young people, to stimulate and develop their talent and artistry and to provide opportunities for new performances.
