The focus of the festival will be the social circus and artistic projects.The philosophy of the festival is to develop ordinary places and situations to extraordinary.
MAF is part of the calendar of cultural events 2018 of Sofia Municipality.
“The social circus” is a project of Mini Art Foundation in partnership with the program “Europe” , Sofia Municipality, French Institute, Nadezhda region and association “Kids”.
