From March 30 to April 1, General Toshevo Municipality and Chitalishte Svetlina 1941 invite you to their annual carnival “The Big Smile” dedicated to April 1 – the day of the joke.
Everyone from 3 to 77 years old can take part in the carnival, and why not more, laughter has no age. Put on your colorful costumes and come and have fun with a colorful program and fun contests from choosing the king and queen of the festival, to the most original costume and the funniest drawing.
