They invite again on the Culinary Festival To Make Something Out of Nothing in Sabotkovtsi village. 14 Culture Clubs from Gabrovo region will take part, with more than 100 dishes typical for the area. The fantasy and culinary skills of the participants always make the role of the jury difficult.
For the good mood of the guests there will be folklore groups from the Gabrovo and Dryanovo Culture Clubs. The symbol of the culinary fest is the big pan. The hosts of the culinary fair offer to all the guests a portion of “slept long beans”, cooked on the spot and garnished with other delicacies. The meeting will be opened at 10.30 a.m. Before that, at 10.00 a.m. will be served sanctification at the church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, and the mixed choir to the Gabrovo Culture Club Aprilov-Palauzov will sing. Everyone who loves the Bulgarian traditions, clean nature and the real food are welcome in the village of Sabotkovtsi. The motto of the meeting is prety much in Gabrovo style: Your presence is obligatory (you can also bring your neighbor).
