For the third time on Valentine’s Day and Trifon Zarezan is held a Festival of Baking and Confectionery, which brings together about 30 of the best producers in the industry. Boutique patisseries, chocolates, bakeries and wineries will present their best offerings. For two days, visitors have the opportunity to sample the best candy and baker’s pieces, take home favorites or taste them on the spot. Bulgarian and foreign wine producers will present their best wines to the audience, many of which will be able to try on the spot in the form of a special tasting.
In the hall, besides exhibitors’ stands, there will be a dining area where guests will be able to eat and enjoy the sensuous pleasure of the senses. The varied and precise selection of participants guarantees the satisfaction of all tastes – from classic examples of French and Italian confectionary tradition, through different technologies for the sowing of bakery products to lean and vegan specialties. Macaroni, cakes, rusks, marzipan, chocolates, buns, pizza, ice cream, ice cream and, of course, wine.
In both days there will be demonstrations and open lessons in confectionery and cookery, kneading bread by some of the most prominent fudge bloggers, chefs or amateur gourmets in Bulgaria.
