For the 16th time, the Festival of memories “Goat Milk” is to be held. Anthropologist, therapists, lecturers, artists from the country and the world will discuss new educational approaches and learning at all ages.
From 24th to 26th of May in the village of Gorna Bela Rechka (Municipality of Varshets), organizers and guests of the festival will discuss the topic “Myths, Utopias and Realities in the Periphery”, which is the motto of the 16th Festival. The organizers are asking, “Is any peripheral a center of its own?”
