For the second year in Strazhitsa, Folklore Festival “Folkstraj” is organized. It will take place on 13 and 14 October on an open stage at the central square of the city. The festival is of a competitive nature and focuses on folk orchestras. The participants will be evaluated by a professional jury, after which the best performers will be awarded.
The first three places will be awarded with plaques, participation diplomas and a cash prize. There will be other various awards for singers, as well for the most attractive instrumentalist.
Organizers of the event are Strazhitsa Municipality and “Razvitie 1895” Chitalishte.
