On an open stage in the park of the village of Zamfirovo will be held the traditional folklore festival “Gushanski fair on Spasovden”. Organizers of the event are the “Razvitie-1928” Community Center, the village of Zamfirovo together with the Municipality of Berkovitsa, the Municipality of Zamfirovo and NGO “New Northwest”. For another year the celebration will gather dancing and singing amateur performers from all over the country, with the aim of popularizing and preserving the Bulgarian folklore.
And this year, a competent jury will assess the teams, the artistic level of performance, their attractiveness and uniqueness in two categories: authentic and processed folklore and will award gold, silver and bronze medals in each category.
