The festival is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle. The mission of the lecturers and all participants in the festival is to help and remind us to take care of ourselves, to take care our bodies, thoughts, emotions, to develop our talents and to play sports actively. The festival informs about and provokes people’s interest in a healthy lifestyle, presents natural ways to restore health and prevent disease, stimulates the use of healthy goods and services.
This year, too, a variety of lectures, seminars, meetings, meditations, workshops, art workshops, sporting events, health practices, trade presentations and many others are planned.
