In July, in the village of Kmetovtsi, Municipality of Gabrovo, is held the 3rd Children’s Folklore Festival “Andaka sings and dances, and my heart races” for children and persons with special needs – day after the sixth National Folk Festival “Andaka sings and dances”.
Children’s folklore festival “Andaka sings and dances” is organized by the “Zora chitalishte, the village of Haracherite, the Bozhentsi FTF, the Mayor’s office of the village of Kmetovtsi near the Municipality of Gabrovo, Gabrovo Municipality.
