The festival is held annually since 1992. It includes two international competitions – International Song Contest of Young Authors and International Artist Contest with an accompanying program of various musical genres.
Music, fashion and art, films, book promotion are part of the festival program, which will take place from 16 to 22 May in Varna. The Discovery will also host the Annual Meeting of the Executive Board of the World Association of Festivals and Artists (WAFA).
