The International Festival of Masters of the Short Story – Zevzek is held in the town of Kaspichan under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture in partnership with the Association of Bulgarians in the World. It features original artists and folk artists from Bulgaria, Ukraine, Romania and others. The festival is organized by the municipality of Kaspichan and the “Probuda-1928” Chitalishte.
Everyone who loves the native humor laughs and the authentic Bulgarian joke in all its dialectical forms is welcome and will be a precious guest!
