From June 8 to 11, 2023, the International Festival of Historical Reenactments “Medieval Tarnovgrad” will take place in the Tsarevets fortress in Veliko Tarnovo.
The special theme this year is “THE VILLAGE KING – THE EXCELLENCE” and is dedicated to the “brave heart” of medieval Bulgaria – Ivaylo.
Historical reenactment groups and free reenactors from Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia and Turkey will participate in the festival.
