The International Youth Dance Festival “Clorful World” is held for the sixth time in the middle of July. The festival is of a competitive nature and its host is Panagyurishte.
Participants are dancing folk ensembles, whose age is between 16 and 29 years old. Professional dance folklore ensembles, which perform national dances, are also eligible. For Bulgarian participants it is obligatory to perform two dances, one of them from the region they come from.
A three-member jury evaluates performance, image and choreography techniques. All participants receive a diploma and a plaque, and for the first three places there special prize. At the final Gala Concert only nominees are allowed.
The “Miss and Mister Festival” Contest and Dance School – Dance Master Classes are organized within the festival.
