At the beginning of October in the village of Relets, Cherven Bryag Municipality, is held the IX National Festival for Song Creativity “Hristo Kovachev”. The festival is organized in memory of the first choral conductor Hristo Kovachev, who has found the first children’s choir for folk singing, winner of numerous awards and has left valuable recordings of his work in the Golden Fund of the Bulgarian National Radio.
The festival is organized by Chitalishte Svetlina 1999 and Chitalishte Todor Popov 1927 in the village of Relets with the support of the Municipality of Cherven Bryag.
