The inhabitants of the Razlog village of Eleshnitsa celebrate Easter on their traditional Kukeri carnival. All three neighborhoods: Beach Mahala, Gudzilec and Sredna Mahala are flowing in the center of the village to show what they have prepared. Suits, feathers, beautiful costumes – preparation for the carnival begins months before Easter.

On the resurrection of Christ, the inhabitants of the village of Eleshnitsa celebrate their holiday. Every year on the first day of Easter in the village there is a kukeri carnival. With special rituals and rituals, local people chase the evil spirits of the old year to make the new one fruitful. The holiday is also associated with the spring awakening of nature.
