The Meditation Festival is an experience of joy and inspiration created in collective meditation. We would be happy to offer you a real meditation experience. For beginners in meditation, the seminar offers a simple and practical introduction. For the more experienced it is an opportunity for an energizing group experience of peace and inspiration with live music, guided exercises – concentration, visualizations, mantras and music for the soul.
We promise to guide you through various meditation exercises, tell you some inspiring stories and give you effective recommendations for establishing your own practice at home. The meetings will be held in a friendly and calm environment, it is free and you do not need to wear anything.
