Melnik days of Renaissance culture

Two days on the Melnik’ squere will be presented techniques for making Melnik ceramics, carving, stained glass and icon painting. Authentic folklore groups from Sandanski and the villages will reveal the secrets of the granny chest in ritual songs and a colorful exhibition of woven and colorful costumes.
Every visitor at “Melnik Days of the National Revival Culture” will have the opportunity to participate in demonstration workshops for carving, pottery, weaving, embroidery, knitting lace, preparing ritual breads and traditional Bulgarian dishes.
