National Assembly of the Masquerade Games “Dobrudja Kukeri”

Much attended is the District Fair “Dobrudja Kukeri” in the village of Varnentsi in Tutrakan. Organized by the Municipality of Tutrakan and Chitalishte “Svetlina – 1904” it includes kuker groups from Bulgaria and Romania.

The meeting is part of the Cultural Calendar of Tutrakan Municipality and is of a competitive nature.
