National Fair of Folk Art "Thrace is Singing and Dancing" - Haskovo 2019

The national fair of folk art “Thrace is Singing and Dancing” will be held in May in the Kenana area near Haskovo. The event promotes the authentic Bulgarian and especially Thracian folklore. The fair is not of a competitive nature. Every year there are about 200 folklore ensembles and individual performers from Bulgaria and abroad, as well as awards for new participants.
“Thrace is Singing and Dancing” every year enjoys a lot of audience from all over the country. The beautiful nature, the sounds of the bagpipes and the wide palette of traditional Bulgarian songs and dances will delight you.
