In the village of Medovina is held a national folklore meeting “Authenticity and Modernity”, including master classes of folk singing and event with competitive character.
The meeting is organized by the “Tsvetnica” Folklore Association, with the support of the Municipality of Popovo and the Town Hall of the village of Medovina.
The aim of the forum is to preserve and popularize the Bulgarian folk song, to enrich the skills for correct intonation, technical and emotional performance of the Bulgarian folk song. The event stimulates the interest, love to study of Bulgarian folklore.
