General Toshevo Municipality and Svetlina 1941 Chitalishte organize a children’s dance festival “White Swallow”, which this year will be held from 23rd to 27th April.
Every year children at all ages participate in the festival in all dance styles.
The festival aims to show original thematic and storylines of dance art – folk dances, dance show, modern dance and latin dances. Dance schools, formations and clubs, youth homes, community centers and schools can participate in the festival.
