Sofia Honey Festival is traditionally held at “Bath” Squad, near the Central Bathroom. The beekeepers from around the country show their products to traders and buyers. The condition for participation is every producer of honey and bee products such as pollen, propolis, royal jelly and bee venom to present a certificate of quality issued by the Branch Beekeepers Union.
