Vitosha Refrains Folklore Festival, Kladnitsa village

The Regional Fest Vitosha Refrains is held annually in July on an open stage in front of the community center in the village of Kladnitsa. This year will be held the twelfth edition. The organizer of the event is Probuda 1937 Culture Club, with the support of the Municipality of Pernik. The main purpose of the event is to maintain the dance, music, singing and verbal traditional folklore of the settlements around the Vitosha Mountain and along the rivers Struma and Mesta. The meeting is of a competitive nature. A jury of folklore specialists evaluates performances. All participants receive certificates of participation, and the best of them – prize money and prizes. Individual performers and groups for traditional folklore of all ages can participate.
