An interesting program, many surprises and countless entertainment accompany the festival, which annually gathers hundreds of residents and guests of the city for the holidays of Sevlievo. During the Pumpkin Festival, which runs under the motto “Sevlievo – the capital of the pumpkin”, an autumn fair is held. Open-air carvings, culinary exhibitions, concerts, pumpkin contest are just some of the activities that the participants and guests of the holiday will be able to enjoy. The municipality organizes many workshops, pumpkin exhibitions and outdoor tastings. An exhibition is attended by chefs of elite establishments, companies and teams presenting pumpkin specialties.
The Sevlievo festival traditionally include the Sevlievo Autumn Fair, the Streetball Tournament, Outdoor Carving – a competition for professionals and amateurs, the Pumpkin Party, the Culinary Chefs’ Race, the Culinary Show and others. During the festival, anyone can visit the “Pumpkin Museum” for free.
