All trails lead to Ambaritsa hut and all unique stories start from Ambaritsa hut. This is true every year in July, since the “Blueberry Festival” started, which later became “Blueberry Nights”. Under the rhythms of live music, dancing and all the wonderful things that happen – short films from all over the world and Bulgaria are screened, because cinema is also magic, especially outdoors under the stars.
The Blueberry Festival near the Ambaritsa hut in the Central Balkan National Park is being held at the end of July. There is music, entertainment, competitions, movies, discussions in three “blueberry days and nights”.
The festival is held on a voluntary basis and is in support of Ambaritsa hut. The hut can be reached on foot or by off-road vehicle. Admission is free.
