The first fish festival Bacchus FISH Fest in Sofia is dedicated to fish, fish delicacies, various dishes prepared with fish and beverages suitable for fish dishes.
In the golden middle of October, Grand Hotel Sofia presents a selection of quality shops, manufacturers and importers offering fish along with restaurants and chefs who prepare fish delicacies on site. The fish dishes will be tasted with selected beverages: sparkling and white wines, kraft beer, aniseed beverages, and many other temptations.
Jazz music will support the good mood. And when we talk about fish, there is much to say and learn, we will also present at the festival an exhibition of reasonable consumption of fish.
